Summary: The overall objective is to strengthen the capacity of the civil society to monitor spending of public funds, with particular focus on public procurement.This is a continuation of a previous action financed from EU and NED funds in 2015-2017.

Overall, AGER monitors public procurement in over 30 contracting agencies, selectively. At the same time, five local NGOs implement monitoring activities and citizens’ mobilization activities at the local level.
