Online conference ”Procurements with interests in times of crisis”

AGER representatives summarized the provisions of the Decisions of the Commission for Exceptional Situations aimed at conducting procurement procedures and spoke about the procurement of road repair works, car purchases, but also other goods, services, carried out during the state of emergency.

AGER also presented the monitoring report on public procurements for the time frame September 2019 – May 2020, which can be accessed at this link.

AGER also presented the new version of the revizia.md platform, which contains the function of monitoring public procurement procedures for civil society, based on 17 risk indicators.

The online conference was attended by representatives of the Public Procurement Agency, the National Agency for the Settlement of Complaints, the Court of Accounts, the Financial Inspection, the General Prosecutor’s Office, civil society organizations and civic activists.
