Has graduated a master program in Advanced European Studies at the College of Europe, and the Law Faculty of the Moldovan State University. She is a licensed attorney. Her areas of expertise are: justice and home affairs and public administration reform. She previously worked for the Soros Foundation Moldova, as Program Director for Good Governance and, later, as expert in various projects, where, among beneficiaries were the State Chancellery, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education. She also possesses project management and evaluation experience of over 10 years.
She holds an MA in Public Policy from the Central European University. Her fields of expertise are public policy, development, decentralization, local governance and education.
She graduated the College of Europe (2005) and the Law School of the University of Bucharest (2004). She is working for the World Bank since 2008 as a private sector development specialist. Previously she worked for the European Parliament, the Ministry of Finance of Romania and the UN Conference for Trade and Development.
