Has graduated a master program in Advanced European Studies at the College of Europe, and the Law Faculty of the Moldovan State University. She is a licensed attorney. Her areas of expertise are: justice and home affairs and public administration reform. She previously worked for the Soros Foundation Moldova, as Program Director for Good Governance and, later, as expert in various projects, where, among beneficiaries were the State Chancellery, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education. She also possesses project management and evaluation experience of over 10 years.
He holds an MA in Accounting, auditing and financial expertise. Has graduated Public Administration, Finnish and Accounting (Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova). He also holds certificates in public finance and accounting, budget process, procurement, contract management, project monitoring and evaluation, experienced in implementing projects, procurement, public audit (financial and performance).

She holds an MA in Public Policy from the Central European University. Her fields of expertise are public policy, development, decentralization, local governance and education.
Andrei Brighidin holds an LLM degree in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He has extensive experience in human rights civil society, governance, research and analysis.
Before joining East Europe Foundation as Director for Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Andrei worked with UNDP Moldova, managing the Human Rights and Justice Portfolio. Previously he spent more than 7 years setting up the national observers’ movement with the League for Defense of Human Rights of Moldova. Andrei was one of the leading activists with the Coalition for Free and Fair Elections in 2005 and 2007 and coordinated the first Moldova Parallel Vote Tabulation, helping to prevent and deter electoral fraud.
In 2013 he was appointed by the Moldovan Parliament to serve on the Council for Preventing and Combatting Discrimination, function exercised on a voluntary basis.
